Dancers and engineers successfully collaborated to produce an integrated work of art that utilized data of dancers’ moving collected in the RAD Lab. The course’s final project was presented as part of the Dance Program’s Fall Dance Concert Friday and Saturday November 21 and 22 at 7:30pm.

11/19/14. M.S. student Jerry Heddy presents his work developing a framework for factory plant managers to use when integrating a robotic platform onto their factory floor. The presentation included a live demo of an actual factory process of a CCAM member company.
11/14/14. Attending the 1st Workshop of the Anthropomorphic Motion Factory “Dance Notations and Robot Motion” this week at LAAS-CNRS in Toulouse, France. The workshop was organized by Naoko Abe and Jean-Paul Laumond and takes place in the framework of the European Research Council project “Actanthrope” (N°340050) that aims at exploring the computational foundations of anthropomorphic action.
